Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Document system performance metrics and create incident reports
- Collaborate with remote teams to troubleshoot technical issues
- Assist with data backup verification and security protocols
- Participate in cross-departmental projects during shift transitions
- Update documentation and knowledge base resources
- Support inventory management for IT assets
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university (Sophomore+ preferred)
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts weekly (Sunday-Thursday)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and Windows/Linux systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Must arrange college credit through your institution
