Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming communications and operational tickets during evening peak hours.
- Assist in the data entry and maintenance of accurate client records within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity and handovers.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and document potential operational bottlenecks or system errors.
- Provide high-quality support to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on all assigned tasks and reports.
- Support the night operations supervisor with administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program with a projected graduation date of 2025 or later.
- Demonstrated availability to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM ā 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night operations.
