Responsibilities
- Monitor Operations: Oversee daily system performance and troubleshoot technical issues during the night shift.
- Data Management: Assist in the accurate entry and analysis of data to support the night operations team.
- Customer Support: Provide basic technical support to internal and external stakeholders via chat and email.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of nightly activities, incidents, and resolutions.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to hand over critical information.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency within the night shift workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program (Freshman to Senior level).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
