Our night shift runs 10 PM - 6 AM, providing an ideal setting for focused work and mentorship from senior engineers. Interns will rotate through core departments while building a professional network across our Miami headquarters and Charlotte satellite office. Responsibilities
- Develop and test software components under senior guidance
- Monitor and maintain system infrastructure during night operations
- Document technical processes and create troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via virtual handoff protocols
- Participate in agile sprint retrospectives and code reviews
- Support incident response and system optimization initiatives
- Contribute to automation scripts for deployment pipelines
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Availability for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (minimum 3 days/week)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
