Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 tech infrastructure monitoring during night shifts
- Assist with software testing and quality assurance processes
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development projects
- Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and retrospectives
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies
- Complete assigned internship deliverables for college credit
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a US college/university program
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (Python/Java preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Available for full-time summer commitment (May-August)
- Previous internship or relevant coursework a plus
- Must arrange college credit through your institution
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for occasional site visits)
