Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system performance reports during overnight hours.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records.
- Attend weekly training sessions and team sync meetings.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School, Associateās, or Bachelorās degree program.
- Must be available to work 3-4 nights per week (e.g., 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
