Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain night shift IT infrastructure systems
- Document technical processes and create SOPs
- Assist with software testing and quality assurance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on deployment projects
- Respond to after-hours technical support tickets
- Participate in agile development sprint reviews
- Present internship project findings to leadership team
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or C++
- Availability to work 4 night shifts per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Valid driver's license (required for occasional site visits)
