Responsibilities
- Support technical infrastructure maintenance and system monitoring during night shifts
- Assist with data analysis and reporting for operational efficiency projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives
- Document procedures and create technical documentation for training materials
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation as needed for critical systems
- Contribute to cybersecurity awareness campaigns and compliance checks
- Shadow senior engineers on complex troubleshooting and resolution tasks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent academic standing
- Availability to work 20-30 hours/week on night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
