Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 operations team during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Assist with system monitoring, data analysis, and incident reporting

- Document operational procedures and create training materials
- Participate in nightly system backups and maintenance tasks
- Shadow senior engineers during critical system updates
- Contribute to intern-led innovation projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week during summer months (night shift)
- Basic knowledge of IT operations or data systems preferred
