Responsibilities
- Manage nighttime operations at urban parks and beach facilities including safety monitoring and visitor assistance
- Lead community engagement initiatives during evening events and educational programs
- Conduct routine maintenance and conservation activities during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize nighttime resource allocation
- Document operational metrics and prepare comprehensive activity reports
- Support emergency response protocols during overnight shifts
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program (all majors welcome)
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM) during summer term
- Valid driver's license with clean record (required for facility transport)
- Ability to work independently in outdoor environments with varying conditions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of park management or environmental science preferred
