Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 operations during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Assist with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development projects
- Document processes and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in agile sprints and code reviews
- Contribute to automation scripts and testing frameworks
- Shadow senior engineers on complex system integrations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Availability for summer/fall start (June-September)
- Comfortable with night shift scheduling (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Valid US work authorization required
