Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system performance during overnight operational hours.
- Perform accurate data entry, validation, and reporting tasks.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on nightly deliverables.
- Collaborate with the evening shift supervisor to ensure seamless handovers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or associate degree program (College Credit required).
- Available to work full-time summer shifts, including night hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
