Responsibilities
- Support night shift IT infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
- Assist with data analysis and reporting for operational efficiency
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects using Agile methodologies
- Document technical processes and create user documentation
- Participate in virtual team stand-ups and sprint reviews
- Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate complex problems
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program
- Available to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (4 days/week)
- Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, or JavaScript
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must commit to 10-12 week summer internship period
