Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Monitor compliance protocols and flag irregularities in real-time
- Generate performance reports using advanced Excel and SQL tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process optimization
- Document operational procedures for knowledge transfer
- Support month-end closing activities under senior guidance
- Participate in rotational shadowing with department leaders
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA with academic excellence in quantitative courses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Available for 20-30 hours/week (June-September)
- Basic understanding of financial regulations (SOX, GAAP)
