Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night shifts
- Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting for client networks
- Document technical procedures and incident reports
- Collaborate with day-team engineers for seamless handovers
- Support cybersecurity protocols and data backup processes
- Participate in cross-departmental tech initiatives
- Contribute to automation script development
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science or related program
- Basic understanding of Linux/Windows server administration
- Available for 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently during night hours
- Experience with Python or scripting languages preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment retrieval
