Responsibilities
- Support night-time operations and project execution during evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver critical deliverables
- Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports
- Assist in implementing process improvements for 24/7 workflows
- Participate in nightly stand-ups and documentation updates
- Shadow senior staff during high-priority system checks
- Contribute to weekend on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability to work full-time night shifts (40 hrs/week) during summer
- Strong time management and self-motivation skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in overnight work environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
