Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure during night shift hours
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity protocols and threat detection systems
- Support cloud migration projects using AWS and Azure platforms
- Document system performance metrics and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Participate in disaster recovery simulations and drills
- Perform routine maintenance on server and network hardware
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows Server administration
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Python or scripting languages preferred
- CompTIA Security+ or similar certification a plus
