Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise systems during night shift hours
- Perform routine maintenance on servers and network equipment
- Document incident reports and resolution procedures
- Collaborate with on-call engineers during critical incidents
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
- Update knowledge base with technical documentation
- Conduct system performance analysis and optimization
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing IT, Computer Science, or Engineering degree
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with Linux/Windows command line interfaces
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Available for summer/fall start (minimum 12 weeks)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site needs
