Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems during night shifts

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Assist in deploying and testing new IT infrastructure components
- Perform routine maintenance on servers and network equipment
- Participate in cross-training sessions for diverse IT skillsets
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related Bachelor's program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
