Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal hardware/software systems
- Monitor network infrastructure and troubleshoot security alerts
- Document incident reports and maintain knowledge base articles
- Assist with server maintenance and backup verification processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training exercises
- Support 24/7 on-call rotation for critical incidents
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Available for 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
