Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise systems and user inquiries
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during overnight hours
- Document incident reports and troubleshooting procedures

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
