Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems during night shift hours
- Monitor network infrastructure and troubleshoot connectivity issues for remote users
- Document incident tickets and maintain accurate system logs in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with on-call engineers to resolve escalated technical problems
- Assist with system patching, updates, and security protocols during maintenance windows
- Participate in cross-departmental projects involving data analysis and process optimization
- Mentor junior interns and share knowledge during team huddles
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing IT/Computer Science degree
- Minimum 3.0 GPA and availability for 20-30 hours/night shift schedule
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
