Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware/software issues during night shifts
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network connectivity problems
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data backup procedures
- Document technical issues and maintain accurate incident logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and deployments
- Train on industry-standard tools like ServiceNow and Jira
- Participate in emergency response drills for critical outages
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (IT, Computer Science, Engineering)
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
