Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise systems during night operations
- Monitor network infrastructure and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Document incident reports and maintain knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for complex problem resolution
- Perform system maintenance tasks during low-traffic windows
- Train on cybersecurity protocols and data protection best practices
- Support cross-departmental tech initiatives during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related degree program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Availability to work 3+ night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site equipment retrieval
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to start by June 1st
