Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and remote access
- Monitor network systems and troubleshoot infrastructure problems during overnight hours
- Document incident reports and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams on system updates and maintenance windows
- Participate in cross-functional projects including cloud migration initiatives
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Train junior staff on IT protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Available for 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency in Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and security protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent knowledge
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance tasks
