Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure systems during overnight hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Document processes and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in agile development sprints and code reviews
- Support data analysis and reporting initiatives
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity protocols
- Shadow senior engineers during system migrations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university (Sophomore/Junior status)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and cloud platforms
- Experience with Python, Java, or JavaScript preferred
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Available for 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
