Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support during night shift operations
- Monitor and respond to system alerts and customer tickets
- Assist with data entry and report generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project tasks
- Document troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles
- Participate in nightly system audits and compliance checks
- Support hardware/software installation and maintenance
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college/university program
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Nevada driver's license (if required for site visits)
- Availability for 3-4 nights per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
