Responsibilities
- Monitor System Health: Track nightly server logs and alert the team to any anomalies or downtime.
- Code Maintenance: Assist the development team with code reviews, bug fixing, and minor feature implementation.
- Documentation: Update technical wikis, API documentation, and runbooks to ensure team efficiency.
- QA Testing: Perform rigorous quality assurance testing on software patches and updates released during the night.
- Support Tickets: Respond to and resolve incoming technical support tickets within designated service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth night operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL preferred.
- Schedule: Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (like Git) and basic command-line usage.
