Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system performance data during off-peak hours.
- Assist the technical team with data entry, verification, and administrative support.
- Perform quality assurance testing on software builds and internal tools.
- Update technical documentation and ensure log accuracy for evening shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve evening support tickets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Strong understanding of basic computer operations and office software.
- Ability to work 3-4 nights per week (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local commute.
