Responsibilities
- Monitor system dashboards and respond to overnight alerts and tickets with high urgency.
- Perform routine data entry and verification tasks to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Assist the operations team in generating end-of-shift reports and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outgoing communications and digital assets.
- Support the night logistics flow, ensuring inventory and equipment are properly managed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Graduating Summer or Fall 2024/2025).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of data analysis or customer service principles is a plus.
