Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot incoming IT support tickets during the night shift hours.
- Analyze system logs and data to identify potential operational bottlenecks.
- Assist senior engineers in deploying software updates and maintaining server stability.
- Provide exceptional customer service to remote clients via chat and email.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong foundational knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
