- Monitor and analyze data streams during night operations to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for internal and external clients.
- Prepare daily operational reports and compile performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize night shift workflows.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service during peak evening hours.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Freshman/Sophomore level preferred).
- Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
