Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 IT operations during night shift hours, ensuring system stability and uptime
- Assist with data analysis and reporting tasks using advanced software tools
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects including software testing and quality assurance
- Monitor network infrastructure and respond to critical alerts proactively
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in agile development cycles and sprint planning sessions
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program (Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred)
- Availability to work night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with flexible scheduling options
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
