Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze incoming data streams and system alerts during night operations.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital databases with high attention to detail.
- Provide technical support and customer service to internal clients via chat and phone.
- Assist in the resolution of technical issues and troubleshooting basic hardware/software errors.
- Collaborate with the night shift supervisor to update daily operational logs and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company security and safety protocols at all times.
- Learn and utilize internal CRM and reporting software tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Must be available to work full-time shifts during the summer (Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and logical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during late-night hours.
- Clear communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation in New Orleans.
