Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze operational data during night shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on urgent projects
- Document processes and prepare daily progress reports
- Support emergency response protocols and incident resolution
- Assist with quality assurance testing during off-peak hours
- Participate in virtual training sessions during shift downtime
- Coordinate with Ohio-based team members for project handovers
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
- Available for full-time summer schedule (40 hrs/week) night shifts
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Valid driver's license (for occasional Ohio travel requirements)
