Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 operations during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) monitoring system performance
- Assist senior engineers with software testing, debugging, and documentation
- Participate in agile development cycles including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with product, design, and QA teams
- Contribute to automation scripts and process optimization initiatives
- Prepare weekly progress reports and present findings to department leads
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA and ability to arrange college credit through your institution
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts per week (minimum 24 hours/week)
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript; familiarity with Git and Linux
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in high-pressure situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Previous internship experience or relevant academic projects preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
