Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain system operations during night shifts, ensuring 99.9% uptime
- Provide remote technical support to enterprise clients via chat, email, and phone
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on documentation and process improvement
- Analyze performance metrics and generate daily operational reports
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and threat detection
- Train on proprietary software and cloud infrastructure tools
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university (Sophomore-Junior status preferred)
- Available to work 3-4 night shifts per week (11 PM - 7 AM ET)
- Basic knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, or cloud computing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Open to remote work for Ohio-based students
- Must maintain 3.0 GPA or higher
