Responsibilities
- Support night shift operations and system monitoring across technology platforms
- Assist senior engineers with testing, debugging, and documentation of software solutions
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects using agile methodologies
- Analyze data and generate performance reports for operational improvements
- Participate in innovation sprints and contribute creative solutions
- Maintain accurate project documentation and knowledge base updates
- Adhere to security protocols and compliance standards during all tasks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university pursuing Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent academic standing
- Availability to work 20-30 hours/week on night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ programming languages
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
