Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night shift hours
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal systems and customer issues
- Document incident reports and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates
- Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and alert response
- Participate in nightly system backups and maintenance tasks
- Contribute to process improvement documentation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science or IT-related program
- Basic knowledge of networking and system administration
- Availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Proficient with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python/PowerShell preferred)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site needs
