Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze data streams and system logs during evening hours.
- Perform data entry and quality assurance tasks with a focus on accuracy.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues for internal staff.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Participate in weekly intern training workshops and skill development sessions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with company safety standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Must be able to work the Night Shift (e.g., 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to detect errors in data.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
