Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize night shift operational workflows using proprietary software systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Document and analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Support inventory management and quality assurance processes during peak hours
- Participate in daily shift briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in training new team members on standard operating procedures
- Generate weekly progress reports using data visualization tools
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM) throughout summer
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license preferred (for facility access)
- Previous internship or part-time experience in operations/logistics a plus
