Responsibilities

- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Contribute to innovation workshops with mentorship from senior staff
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (STEM preferred)
- Available to work 4 nights/week (10 PM - 6 AM) for 12 weeks
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during night shifts
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure or software development
