Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues during night operations.
- Assist in data entry, validation, and reporting for the night shift team.
- Provide technical support to internal staff via chat or ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Attend weekly training sessions and shadow senior team members.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Freshman to Senior).
- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, and internet navigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night hours.
