Responsibilities
- Support nightly system monitoring and troubleshooting for enterprise software platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data analysis and reporting tasks
- Document technical processes and create user-friendly documentation
- Assist in QA testing during off-peak hours to ensure system reliability
- Participate in agile sprint planning and stand-up meetings
- Research emerging technologies and present findings to the team
- Provide tier-1 technical support for internal stakeholders during night shifts
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or JavaScript (coursework acceptable)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks during night shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
