Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure during overnight hours to ensure system reliability
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions with minimal downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated support tickets
- Document incidents, resolutions, and process improvements in knowledge base
- Participate in system upgrades and security patch deployments
- Support data backup and recovery procedures
- Communicate status updates to day-shift teams during handovers
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, or cybersecurity
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and diagnostic tools
- Available to work 3-4 nights per week (20-30 hours/week)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
