What You Will Do:
As an Intern, you will be immersed in our daily operations, working alongside experienced mentors to solve real-world technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- System Monitoring: Monitor network systems, servers, and databases overnight to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshooting: Assist the IT support team in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for internal staff.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, verification, and reporting tasks to support business intelligence.
- Security & Compliance: Conduct facility security checks and ensure adherence to operational safety protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of system status, incidents, and shift handover reports.
- Support: Provide technical assistance to colleagues during the night shift as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business).
- Availability: Must be available to work 2nd shift hours (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills.
