Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance, logs, and alert channels during assigned night shifts.
- Assist in triaging and resolving Level 1 technical support tickets with guidance from senior staff.
- Update and maintain accurate technical documentation and incident reports.
- Conduct routine system checks and security audits to ensure 24/7 uptime.
- Collaborate with the on-call support team to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Participate in team stand-ups and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Bachelor’s or Associate’s preferred) in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot common technical problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work rotating evening and night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
