Responsibilities
- Monitor system logs and performance metrics to identify potential issues before they impact users.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical problems for internal teams and external clients during evening hours.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM and ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with the night shift operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Document technical processes and create user guides for common procedures.
- Conduct routine system checks and basic maintenance tasks.
- Respond to incoming support tickets with professionalism and speed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM) for the duration of the summer internship.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, or operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot independently.
