Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 data monitoring and system maintenance during night shifts
- Assist in testing/debugging software releases and feature implementations
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams via Agile methodologies
- Participate in innovation sprints for new product features
- Monitor cybersecurity protocols and report anomalies
- Contribute to automated testing frameworks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's program (Computer Science, IT, Engineering preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Python/SQL or JavaScript
- Available for 3+ nights per week (10 PM - 6 AM shift)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- Must maintain 3.0+ GPA
- Authorized to work in the US
