Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure during night shift hours
- Collaborate with global teams on system updates and cybersecurity protocols
- Document technical procedures and create troubleshooting guides
- Participate in agile development sprints for Nashville-based client projects
- Perform data analysis and generate operational performance reports
- Support disaster recovery testing and incident response drills
- Shadow senior engineers during system migrations and deployments
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows Server administration
- Experience with Python, SQL, or JavaScript (academic projects accepted)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Available for 3+ consecutive night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Flexible start date between May-September 2023
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
